Pull Stream Limited ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Banter Stream mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Account Credentials: SIP server address, extension number, and password required to connect to your Asterisk/VoIP server. These credentials are stored locally on your device using encrypted storage and are never transmitted to our servers.

Information Collected Automatically

Call History: Records of calls made and received through the App, including phone numbers, call duration, and timestamps. This data is stored locally on your device only.

Permissions Required

Microphone: Required to make and receive voice calls. Audio is transmitted directly to your configured SIP server and is not recorded or stored by us.
Notifications: Optional, used to alert you of incoming calls when the app is in the background.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information solely to:

Connect you to your VoIP/Asterisk server
Display your call history
Provide incoming call notifications

Data Storage and Security

All sensitive data (credentials, call history) is stored locally on your device only
Credentials are encrypted using platform-secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore)
We do not operate servers that collect, store, or process your personal data
Voice calls are transmitted directly between your device and your SIP server using WebRTC encryption

Data Sharing

We do not:

Sell your personal information
Share your data with third parties
Collect analytics or tracking data
Use advertising SDKs

Your call data is transmitted only to the SIP server you configure in the App.

Data Retention

All data is stored locally on your device. When you:

Sign out: Your credentials are deleted from the device
Uninstall the App: All local data is removed

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access your data (stored locally on your device)
Delete your data by signing out or uninstalling the App
Opt out of notifications through device settings
